Board meeting & agm
While filing the form MGT-7 it requires number of board meetings held during the year 2015-16 . Does it also includes the AGM held on 30/09/2015 or not as Board Meeting and AGM are different things isnt it

yes , Board Meeting & AGM are all together diffrent . Board Meeting is to be done by Board of Direcor but AGM is For Shareholder of Company.
