Board Meeting

hi,

there is nothing in sec 285 as to when and where BOARD MEETING to be held. So it can be held on a sunday.

Its only in the case of Adjourned meeting due to lack of quorum that cannot be held on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Agree with Mr. Krishna. There is no restriction on place, day and time of holding Board Meetings.
