I have one doubt in company law. If X ltd company incorporated on 2 Feb 2017. In that year how many board meetings is required to conduct (including 1st Board Meeting) is it 4 or 5 ??

company need to hold the first board meeting within 30 days and then 4 board meetings with max gap of not more than 120 days ,So At year of incorporation 5 Board meetings required ...
