from the date of incorporation how many days are taken for frist board meeting of the company

Within 30 days of incorporation. One of the agenda of the meeting will be appointment of auditor since Board has tonappoint an audtor within 30 days.
if we file Aoc-4 with the attachment of financial statement and director report but the date of incorporation of company is 28/02/2017 but the problem is company do 4 meeting within one month then what will we do to mgt-7
