Can a Pvt. Ltd. Co. have Board Meeting at every month?

yes....
minimum 4 board meetings required in each year.. 1 board meeting in each quarter..
maximum no limit..

No there is no notification but there is a secretarial standard for Board Meeting.
And minimum 4 Board Meetings are required to be hold in every type of Companies in case of private company 1 meeting required in each quarter i.e. one in April and second may be in September.
However, there is no limit of holding meeting thus a company may hold 1 meeting in every month.
