A private company has 2 directors. They also hold shares in the company. There are no other share holders. If a meeting is held where both the directors are present, can we call it both BM and AGM?

No , BM and AGM has their specific tenures, Resolutions and notices must specify the type of meeting , also subject matter i.e. agendas should be diffrent for both meeting ,
