Are Practising Chartered Accountants responsible for creation of Black Money.
Option A - Yes - Chartered Accountants adjust the figures and make the cliet pay lesser amount of tax creating black money
Option B - No - Chartered Accountants emphasis their client to show black money has income and make him pay tax at 30% tax and convert the rest 70 % into white

A well guided charted accounts emphasis thie client to show the black money, and pay the tax accordingly to convert into white money.
Once the client may escape from eyes of law, but not for along time .
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
