we are cfa service provider can we raise invoice from our registered office address chandigarh to maharashtra and actually deliver service at punjab,
or
we need to take registration in punjab ? and bill punjab to punjab? ( because maharashtra party registered at punjab also ) and tell me bill to ship to concept in case of service ..

Yes you can take temporary registration in Punjab but need not to take registration for Maharashtra.

Check CFA contract/Agreement with whom it is done . So if it is done with Maharashtra only then you can bill to Maharashtra
