bill of supply used for exempted product not for taxable item. You have to raised tax invoice for taxable supply, with proper HSN code.

Mr. Asif 'Bill of Suppy' is to be issued in following cases :
1. You are an Unregistered Dealer, or
2. You have opted for Composition Scheme of GST.
Bill of Supply shall not include any GST amount. In aforementioned cases, you are not entitled to avail input tax credit and make inter state suppy.
