Hi...

Our compnay purchase mobile phones through online shopping. But they issue bills in employee's name and mentioned company's address and in some bills they didnot mention address.....

In that case can be booked bills in our books...?

can be take declarion from employees agianst this...?

is there any other way to book the bills ...?

in my opinion, i think company can pay money and show as reimbursement and claim mobile in their name.

i would like to hear from other members too..

Is it possible ....If employees give us diclaration that they purchased mobiles for company only..

and can be use diclartion as a support....?

you can use any document to prove genuiness of transaction...but i dont think its needed.

u can have original copy of bill with you to prove that it has been reimbursed..

but sir ...we want to book mobiles in fixed assets...

i realy belive that too also possible... but i would like hear other experts since in fixed assets some verification, ownership things are invovled. sorry for not able to give a concrete reply..

U can book as office equipment

provided that  it will retained by company for life time mentioned in policy i.e( not trf to employee after a period )

its for only official use

it depends case to case
