a normal dealer generates bill to a composition dealer then he will show tax on that bill or not?

yes , regular dealer should follow invoice rules for each invoice

The invoice issued by a normal dealer for Taxable goods will be same , does'nt matter to whom the invoice has been issued. same Tax invoice to be issued to all.
