i think the ITC can be availed as prescribed time limit

now question is that, in West Bengal bill raised 31st July 2017 at 11.00 pm , material received in purchaser,s premises 1 st aug 2017 at 9.30 am, so how can I take this bill in July 2017.

so, mr.rohit can you write me why we can't take ITC in aug 17, as material purchased in July 17 but received in aug 17
