bill cancelled shown in gst return but payment recd against cancelled gst invoice

dear expert
in may gstr we have cancelled shown 1 invoice dated 31 may, bcoz client ask it to change but not changed by us

but after time elapsed client had take it to process and make payment on 18 july

now what we do ??
plz help
