Even small firm experience can get you into big 4, since the recruitments are need based and no set pattern is there for selection, also, good communication skills are preferred. Further, definitely a good articleship is always an added advantage.

Concur with the observations made by Mr.Vikrant. In addition to firms requirements, having a good network base thru your peers, colleagues, contacts etc can also land you in Big 4. Dreaming to join a big organization is one big ambition, but to fulfil it you need to possess other ingredients like Communication skills, discipline, good working knowledge, ability to learn quickly, patience etc.
