What is the best e-tds filing software in the market which does not give any problems and user friendly ? Any Suggestions ?

Hi Every Software has its own Pros & Cons.

My Experience with Saral is LIke I FOund It a bit complex and my accountants all ways come back to me with queries on this.

Just see that your software has Automatic Updates from your Service Provider

I completely agree with PMA Nooruddin, TDSMAN has been one of the first to be fully compliant with the newly released File Validation Utility FVU 3.8. They continously update their software according to the latest requirements.

I suggest TDSMAN software. It is the cheapest and effective software for TDS and TCS return filing... You can evaluate it yourself by downloading a trial version of the software. https://www.tdsman.com/Trial-Form.aspx. It is priced at Rs 3000 /- only

I HAVE BEEN USING WEBTELS SOFTWARE SINCE SEVERAL YEARS.IT HAS SEVRAL GOOD FEATHERS:

1. YOU CAN FEED DATA RELATING TO ANY QUARTER. IF YOU ARE PAYING RENT EVERY MONTH THEN YOU CAN POST ALL 12 ENTRIES IN BEGINING TO AVOID ANY MISS. WE USUALLY HAVE SIMILAR ENTRIES FOR RENT, PROFESSIONAL CHARGES ETC AND THIS IS A GOOD FEATHER. SOME SOFTWARE DO NOT ALLOW ADVANCE DATE ENTRY.

2, YOU CAN SEE HOW MUCH TDS YOU HAVE TO PAY EVERY MONTH. AND YOU NEED NOT TO ENTER PAYMENT TWICE LIKE SOME SOFTWARE.

3. THE PROBLEM WITH IT IS IT IS NOT 100% RELIABLE AND GIVES BUGS SOME TIMES WHICH FORCE YOU TO REVISE RETURN AND REVISION IS VERY DIFFICULT IN IT.

4. ONLINE VERIFICATION OF CHALLANS ETC SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.AS SOME OTHER DO.

use NSDL pescribed software found at NSDL website. for your work make easy: use automation with output "txt" file for download Form16 or data required where TDSCPC want. create your "txt" automation ... mail at workeasy0 @ gmail.com

NSDL RPU is more than sufficient if you can make of it with little bit knowledge on computers and TDS process.

I Personally like KDK softwares and CompuTDS. They are based on SQL Data base and have a friendly User Interface.

You can also buy the one which is developed by your Income Tax software company. With all the developments and validity check controls by NSDL, you basically need a software to maintain your database. I think go for KDK softwares. Nice support. If you use Computax than go for CompuTDS.

I HAVE BEEN USING COMPUTAX SOFTWARE. IT WORKS FINE ALTHOUG IT DOES WORK LIKE A SOFTWARE BUT APPERS TO BE A EXCEL UTILITY AND WORKS ON INTERNET EXPLORER BUT RESULTS ARE FINE. IF THEY PROVIDE REPETITION OF ENTERY AND ALLOW FUTURE DATE ENTERY AT ONE POINT THEN NO BODY CAN BEAT THEM.

Hi, All the listed softwares are paid and desktop based. https://cleartds.com is the only free and cloud-based software which makes TDS returns easy. The software is very intuitive to use and comes with self-help guides. Give it a shot!!

In my opinion, the best option is the Govt. portal but due to database management tax professionals are recommending Gen TDS software. It is the best software to file unlimited TDS/TCS returns if taxpayers want to save the database for later filing.

Gen TDS software provides a better and more convenient filing experience. Software such as this simplifies the process of filing TDS returns. A complete set of specifications is included in the software to prepare returns.
