auditing- as far as auditing is concern nothing more u want to prepar other than past exam ouestions (in exam point) ... if u want to go deep taxman would be use ful

hi,i can say u abt mics and auditing.for mics i feel that our studymaterial itself is the most perfect book,and for Auditing i feel paduka for imp chapters and for other chapters refer v.k.agarwal

Hi
For IDT you can use the book authored by Datey and published by Taxmann. For auditing please go through the Accounting standards and AAS thoroughly. A good knowledge of companies act will also be useful in handling auditing paper.
