as it is new syllabus so, everything is different, the syllabus is almost double, you need to identify your requirements, institute material is new and updated try to use that, but as the syllabus is new you need a reference book which contains solved questions also for practice purpose.
so, for practising question go for cma anupama shukla company law for new syllabus it is in tabular format and also contains 400-500 solved questions.
