Hiii friends i am appearing for may 2014 examination ca final...i have not started yet...going to prepare only law(self study) for getting exemption...so please tell me which is the best book for ca final law for getting exemption out of munish bandari s handbook and bare act....should i purchase both books or only handbook,book sellers are saying handbook is demanded more....whichever you tell is the best book,please also tell me that that book will be sufficient or i have to refer icai material along with that like practice manual or icai study material or rtps etc...please reply as soon as possible...and how much time it will take to do self study,no. of days and hours if possible tell me...thanku

Handbook is sufficient, and study past 3 years RTP'S and pratice manual is for how u present answers in exams the way you use wording in sentence framing and pin point answers for attracting the examiner. :) All the best .
IF U GO FOR HANDBOOK THAN DO PRACTICE MANNUAL ALONG WITH THAT.
HOWEVER IF U GO FOR MAIN BOOK THAN THERE IS N0 NEED TO DO ANY OTHER BOOK EXCEPT FOR SEBI PORTION
Pick up the comprehensive text book of Munish Bhandari, it will aid you to score well in the paper.
Yes... go for Munish Bhandari along with suggested and RTP's
Bhandari sir book is better.
But for presentation in exams u should refer practice manual icai to score good marks.

I suggest to do Handbook for co. Law portion and all allied laws from PM.
Because PM covers many things wch are not there in handbook.
especially SEBI N SCRA law.
so go for PM for allied laws portion.
munish bhandari handbook + this attempt RTP is more than sufficient. read handbook atleast for 3 times (its so easy task also) before exam. you can easily score 60+
Handbook doesnt comprehensively cover the subject like the Mainbook of Munish Bhandari eg. SEBI regulations. Idealy Mainbook can be referred for first reading and handbook for revision. Needless to say RTP is a must and if possible PM.
First of all.....u have enough time to score exemption in law.....u should read munish bhandari handbook plus practice manual....practice manual will give u the way that how u can give a effective answer which is required for scoring exemption....
go for cs rajesh tayal classes its only 59 hour classes it complete ur entire syallbus with notes
