Diffrences will always be there but we should try to resolve differences and move on, because if not solved in time we can loose some precious persons in our life.

Totally agree…
In fact differences are part of our life…all we need to understand is that they are not the end of life so there is no need to put you under depression or something like that…
Take them in the positive manner….and them as an ELASTIC…in your life…
