how to avail benefit under CLSS Scheme 2014.
i have filed Form 23AC & ACA today i.e. 31st Oct, 2014. I was charged Additional fees which was double the normal fees. According to CLSS Circular addtional fees should be reduced. plz help.

Dear Shagun,
Company will get benefit of CLSS scheme, if forms are due to be filed on or before 30.06.2014,
you might have filed form 23ac and aca for finanical year 2013-2014, the event date which is after 30.06.2014 hence, your company is not entitled to get benefits under CLSS Scheme.
