Dear Suresh,
All it depends upon what you want in your life ?
Merely to collect degrees or gain some practical knowledge ?
If you wish to go in the corporate sector and like Corporate Law as your career then only CS will be beneficial for you. Otherwise; there is no use for you.
You are already holding a Master's Degree and Professional qualifications.
Better do mastery is Cost Reduction, Cost Control if you are engaged in the company as CMA.
Very soon; after the introduction of New Income-Tax Code and New Companies Law; it may be possible that many areas of audits may be opened for qualified CMA.
Already so many (not less than 50) areas are open for you if you wish to engage yourself in practice.
If you are really interested in Academic field; in my opinion you should join one MBA college as a Faculty which would be the most suitable. Your interest in study will help students also and you will feel pleasure of reading for whole of the life.
I also enjoy reading and writing. I started this career in the age 43 although still engaged in practice.
