Beneficial Owner (Sec 89 & 90)
If there are Beneficial Owners in a company, it needs to file both Forms MGT 6 and BEN 2 to the RoC, doesn't it?

After receiving BEN-1,you can file BEN - 2
No if you file MGT 6 it means Ur accepting that you the owner of the company ( deemed to be a owner of that company) therefore you need not file BEN 2 . BEN 2 is for only shareholders who are holding shares indirectly without filling form MGT 6.
