I have direct holding 3%
through HUF as member 35%
whether I m SBO as per section 90
kindly clarify

If you are Karta Of that HUF then you are SBO, else not, But even you are not Karta, Tell The Karta of HUF To file BEN-1 ,as HUF is holding more than 10% ..
