yes can b filled vry true as time limit is one yr from the end of AY year but if u r liable to pay tax thn u r also liable to pay penalty of Rs.5000.......as 31st mar 2009 is the last date for payment of tax with interest.....

Belated Return can be filled for the A.Y.2008-09 u/s 139(4) till 31.03.2010 and penalty can be imposed u/s 271F only if U hav taxable income ( without giving effect of deduction u/s 80C-80U. You can not c/f loss.
