Yes, u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act, in case there is any refund due.
Or u/s. 139(8A) of the act, if there is any tax liability.

You may visit IT dept and get approval or notice under section 147/148.
You may file ITR based on the notice

Can i file ITR U for AY 2020-21, AY 2021-22,. AY 2022-23 all three years now ?
or it can be filled on same day or should be filed one by one different date.
