Being happy doesn't mean that..............

“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect.

It means that you've decided to look beyond the

imperfections.”

When someone is truly happy they have at some point come to the realization that life isn't perfect but in order to make it the best life possible one must be willing to make the best out of each situation and look beyond all of the imperfections included in it. When someone is happy not everything in their life is perfect, but they have found the things in their life that make their life seem perfect.

Though we make plans, set goals for ourselves, attempt to follow our dreams, and we find out that not everything in our lives will go according as planned; one must soundly make the decision to look at life positively instead of looking at it negatively. One must be willing to move forward in times of turmoil, and eventually one day that person will realize what being happy in life really consists of.

“Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add,

but when there is nothing left to take away.”

“The true perfection of man lies not in what man has,

 but in what man is.”

“It is only imperfection that complains of what is imperfect.

The more perfect we are the more gentle and quiet

we become towards the defects of others.”

Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family.

Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.

There are two ways of being happy: We must either diminish our wants or augment our means - either may do - the result is the same and it is for each man to decide for himself and to do that which happens to be easier.

“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect.

It means that you've decided to look beyond the

imperfections.”

Only Mother Nature is closest to perfection, not to mention machines. Imperfection is accompanies any action by mortals like us. And to some extent imperfection is good. It shows that even the greatest of the personalities are human beings.

We must seek happiness in our sincere efforts, the little things that surround our life with all its imperfections, those near and dear ones who are to us like life-saving apparatus...

This is my interpretation of the above quoted memorabilia.
