beer , wine and daru are covered under gst or continue in vat act?
if covered under any type it's taxability ?

Alcohol for human consumption has been specifically excluded from the Act. The same cannot be levied until there is a further amendment in the Constitution. Hence, for the same, State Governments continue to enjoy the power of levying State Excise and VAT on alcohol for human consumption.
