From where can i download Income tax bear act ammended by finance bill 2015?

You can download the individual sections of the bare act from incometaxindia.gov.in website.

There is a Android App 'Income Tax Act 1961' available on Google play store for free. Its updated by F.A. 2015. (for android users)
