27 December 2010My Client want to file return of F.Y. 2007-08 now to claim refund of TDS of Rs. 4500.
For this permission of I.T. Commissoner is necessary. Which reasons can we give to obtain such permission?
Dear Friends, Can I have Format of such application?
Please state the REASONS so as I.T. Comm. may take those as THE REASONABLE.

1st of all pls provide the source and nature of income, on which such TDS arise, alongwith main business or income of assesee,

i have same problem he has business of medical stores & LIC agent & want take LIC tds refund

make P/L account of business and LIC sepearately, show both incomes in tax computation, and set off TDS, if still the TDS is more than tax liability, then claim refund by filing in ITR4
