1. I wud make all transactions above 10000 only by e-payment so that no Black Money can be spent easily and therefore preventing further generation of black money or restricting further transactions in BM. and any person opening an account with foreign bank abroad apart of permission needs to get its bank balance audited yearly and submitt the report to RBI and every foreign bank needs to submitt particulars of all indians opening or holding accounts in its bank needs to submitt details of account holder at the time of opening and yearly to RBI.
2. Make complusory audit of those holding public offices yearly by independent auditors representing both of ruling and opposition party appointed and reporting to C&AG or President of India and entertaining youth to enter politics based on certain education qualification and prohibiting those who r having any criminal record , having any allegation pending against them and all cases against those holding public offices dealt in separate panel of judiciary specifically dealing in such cases in Apex court and if found guilty of misusing of public office to b hanged to death, all work done by politicians to b published in respectives websites of states stating funds inflow and outflow.
3. All essential services and products like transportation, power, fuel, etc to b made 100% under govnt undertakings and provide them at maximum low prices by sactioning subsidies , free education from Kg to Pg, no caste system only merit system should prevail, provide better infrastructure facilities...
4. Reforming tax structure to b user friendly to tax payers to encourage them to pay tax promptly by reducing tax burden to individuals and corporates. Charging tax at certain rates on sales, turnover , revenues less certain %of deduction for expenses for each industry or businesses as per industry practices for those who pay tax on MAT becus almost most of them pay tax on MAT by manipulating accounts.....etc..,
5. Protecting Agriculture Lands and promoting agriculture to meet the needs of India by making compulsory acquisition of agricultural lands held for 5yrs or more to govnt only at prevailing market rates if the land lords wants to sell it, by providing assistance to farmers for agri produce financially, technologically, food processing and preservation,.etc,. so that agriculture lands need not vanish as it will b most priority sector in future...
I know its not possible all the above in 1 day after all it isn't Nayak movie...And there is lots more dont have patience to type...but to b honest saying is it easy but when it comes to implementations i guess there wud b lots of obstacles too...:)
