Does your SOL Bcom degree even matter? Is anybody going to ask you about Bcom once you become a CA? Of course not!!!
Give your IPCC exams. Don't listen to anyone who says give Bcom and don't give IPCC.

i also agree with abhinav. I ALSO THINKS YOU MUST GIVE YOUR IPCC NOT GRADUATION EXAM . NO JOB FOR GRADUATE STUDENT IN FINANCE BUT AVAILABLE FOR IPCC PASSED.

It is only you who can decide it better.
If you are confident and well prepared to clear June 2014 IPC Exams then go for it coz B.com exams can be given later with 3rd year.
If you are not well preapared for IPC exams then concentrate on B.com exams and clear them, But agin its only you who can decide it better, Don't look at the suggestions, Decide it on your own coz you can understand your condition better than us.

u r correct bro i can prepare myself for both xam but d problem is 4 xams are clashing which means year back coz only 3 subjects are allowed for paper back n allowed to b given with 3rd year...... here the delima is 'its the matter of my ca xams as syllabus is changing from nov 2014 xams n other is for my graduate degreee which will result in year back...' :(

Its a very critical problem, You are between devil and deep blue sea.
Bro in this situation I will suggest you to concentrate on your IPCC Exams as you are confident enough to clear them.
Also motivate yourself for clearing IPCC exams by saying that you have sacrificed B.Com exams for this, it will motivate you to work even harder to clear IPCC Exams, As the syllabus is gonna change in November 2014.
And wait there is time, Delhi University may change their exam dates, Chances are less but we must hope for good.
Best of Luck !

Tough people take tough decisions on tough times and get tough targets. I also took the decision u r asking about when I was a stuent of 3rd number college of my state and nw I am a member. It is undisputed fact that if you choose Intermediate (IPC) Examination you will be exposed to a greate degree of risk. But then its always about risk return relationship' greater the risk higher the returns.. Thats why its a tough decision but after all its 'your' decision'.
