Now all companies required CA,ICWA with IFRS certification...
If i get the training IFRS is it usefull for me.

Hi., i think yes ofcoarse, if u seek IFRS knowledge, thn it will definately help u.... But, the extreme knowledge regarding IFRS is reqd at CA or ICWA levels.., so for u., i think if u get basics of IFRS., it shall serve ur purpose of promotion or getting a better job...
