Hey,

Am a CA final student, & finish my bcom exams in Dec 11, but not yet received my marks card or certificate for the same, if i contact Ignou they give me vague responses,, Plese help, what is the procedure to get the marks card & certificate.?

YOu have to submit the PCC/IPCC pass out certificate, articleship compeltion certificate, IGNOU grade card(Take the print out from the IGNOU website) and CPT/PE-I certificate.
