I have done trading & lossed 20,000 including of all charges. How can i show in capital gains as loss. Which amount to show ie ( inclusive of stt & other charges or exclusive of stt) Please give clear details.

IT says exemption for amount paid on interest for loan for payment of fees for wifes & children education? Is it applies to personal loan from any person or only from bank

its applied to only recocnised loan taken from the schedule banks

As per section 80E of IT Act, educational loan interest paid to financial institutions / banks are eligible for deduction. Refer the section.
