Creating fake profiles and yelling like ideots are old Tricks... Seems u r a new person using Social networiking/professional networking portals...If u r old one, then I regret to say that U lack gutz and maturity..
Everyone uses his/her mind and brain to decide what is good and what is not...
No one has asked you to create a fake profile and passy silly comments here....

RIYA I DO NOT ABUSE GIRLS
GET LOST FROM HERE
ASK UR PARENTS HOW TO RESPECT UR SENIORS AND ELDERS
I GUESSS U ALSO TALK TO THEM IN THE SAME TONE AS U SHOWING ABOVE
WELL I FEEL PITY FOR UR PARENTS
REALLY PITY!!
And we all are here to share and gain our knowledge and anybody who is involved in sharing it we will respect him
it is none of ur business to call any esteemed member of caclub anything
u knw wat there is always a crowd of negative people talking nonsense against a popular person
khud ki bas ki hain to show us u are knowledgeble!!
u are a nw a matter of few days only
bahut jaldi profile delete ho jayegi teri

Dear Isha
I wanna say you that Bare Act is must for good marks
Bare Act is not any reference book. It contain law in itself and other books are part of Bare Act
so for clearing your points in all section and relation of sections with each other.
If u wanna make law good for yourself because CA also have good scope in Company Law field so read bare act and its not matter whether u r reading any other book or not
Even Institute Book and Bare Act is more then sufficient or only Bare Act also
so Best of Luck dear
