One of my client proposed to start a 'Barcode Business'. Please provide the details with respect to,
- special govt. clearance, if any, before starting the business
- infrastructure
and anything more which is concerned.

I am doing my barcode project now. First, you need to figure out what platform you want to start the barcode project, report solution? Word? Excel, .NET App etc. Then choose one proper barcode generator for it, that's OK.
