Hi frds.....Do anybody stays in Saudi Arabia? If so, plz kindly let me know whether all the banks are open there during this lockdown period?

One of my frd requires money transaction from Saudi Arabia....but was in doubt abt bank working status in Saudi (in this lockdown period)....Hence to get clarification, enquired....
