cant say these are best or not, but i m studying -
Book of Upkar Publication & GK from Pearson Publication. Besides this Data interpretation by R.S. Aggarwal is also a good one.
For regular updates on banking sector you can also refer 'Banking Service Chronicle' a monthly magazine.
