Thanks for accepting my view first.
I can’t elaborate. But I can tell 1/10th of the matter in telegraph format.
· Got my seat after 4 months of joining (till that time shared with sub-staff)
· Got my system after 6 months
· Got connection for that system in the 7th month
· More of internal politics
· More involvement and criticism about personal matters
· If we say a valid point, it will get rejected immediately but will get executed in the name of another person.
· Got salary less than half of whatever informed(said higher salary orally at the time of interview but offered lower in order, without knowing it I joined, ultimate cheating )
· Whatever be your qualification or talent, promotion will be given based on unwritten rules
· You should not leave before 7.30 or 8 p.m, if you don’t agree to sit till that time they will say finish your job and go earlier, sitting till 8 results in additional cost to them because of power, a/c etc. But if you go before 8 you will get a feedback that you have no work or you are not at all doing anything and further career prospects will be denied.
· In the coat of higher official or experienced a person who don’t even know to write two sentences will criticize about you
· If you talk about these matters you be transferred
· All will expect you to give expert opinion but give you peanut salary
· Expect you to salute everyone who are unknown to you. If you don’t, ego problem will arise.
· No one will guide you properly
I feel I have not covered 10%, but as a professional who had gone to banks for audit had a nice opinion about banks. But it is good from the point of audit but not as an employee. No value for trust, sincerity, innovative thinking, timely work, noninterference to others matters, broad mind …………,
Thank god left and came back.
Totally, refer my first message (exactly….., think before joining)
