Please tell me the amount of security or Bank guarantee required for registration under Haryana VAT Act, 2003. 

Whose favour the bank gurantee will be issued.

whather the Bank gurantee will be issued in the name The President of India Or The Governor of Haryana.

Please provide proforma of Bank Guarantee under Haryana Vat 2003,
