the company has won the appeal and bank guarantee is released what is the treatment
When Bank Guarantee was made it was prepared against any Fixed Deposits. So, Now the entry would be:
Bank A/C ...................... Dr.
Fixed Deposit ................ Cr.
Intereset Accrued .......... Cr.
(If FD Interest was booked on yearly basis through 26 AS)
