how can we take it of bank charges

Most of the banks have started to put the charges on the GST portal. Please check your portal.
If they have not put is you can still take itc.
Provide your GSTIN to your concerning bank and check your GSTR-2A to confirm that whether bank has uploaded bank charges invoices in GSTR-1.
If invoices are reflecting in GSTR-2A then you can avail ITC on bank charges.
If invoices are reflecting in GSTR-2A then you can avail ITC on bank charges.
