Have any CAs started receiving e-mails for appointment of SBAs.? More particularly IOB?

FOLLOWING BANKS ALREADY SEND MAILS SBI,SBOP,BOI,CBI,BOB,CANARA,IOB
Is email confirmation for the consent letter enough??? Once we share our consent letter it is sure that the audit would be allotted to us????
