Sir, I have a logistic co and having two a/c in two different bank, company transaction deal with one bank and the revenue I earn lumpsum deposited in another bank, is there any issue happened for IT

No issue, provided both the accounts are declared in ITR alongwith all the revenue receipts offered to tax.
