After how many years of practice does a CA become eligible to do bank audits?

It's upto Banks Audit Committee Board internal system policy what is their requirements.. Different policies for different banks

In My View 3 years,as MEF can be filed only after 3 years in practice.

The firm or at least one of the CAs should have preferably conducted branch audit of a nationalized bank or of a private sector bank with deposits not less than Rs. 500 crore for at least 3 years.

I know this matter, But also bank ACB also have their own internal concurrent audit policy

Are you CA? , Do you know for appointment as bank auditor you need to fill the MEF form. That firm can be filed only after 3 years .
