In the loan agreement e stamp paper the consideration is stipulated to be 0. Is this loan agreement valid

You have to raise the query to loan manager they will check it on finacle and can inform you otherwise you can also check it on loggin onto portal by audit username and password given by bank HO

No. you have to discuss regarding such issues with Manager.
