assessee's case was pending with CIT(A)
20% of demand was not paid by the assessee while filing appeal and AO has initiated recovery proceeding and freeze all bank accounts. How can I unfreeze bank account. Whether it is online process or do i need to meet AO for this.
please help ASAP
