Bank Account details in ITR
What will be the consequences if an assesse forget to mention the bank account detail of its account in which the main source of income is credited? while he mentioned the details of other two bank accounts for refund purpose.

To avoid tension , you can file revised return.
For refund purpose you have to select only one account.
