Hi,
Balance Sheet is required to be placed in AGM, as such it would have been placed in AGM 2009 for the period as on 31 March 2009. Irrespective of business Balance sheet is required to be prepared. Balance shhet can be prepared just incorporating pre-liminary expenses.
For FY 2010 period of balance sheet will be from April 2009 to March 2010.
