when the company financial year is 9 th feb 2017 to 31 St March 2018 how to disclose in balance we can't put 31 st March 2018 how to disclose the date in balance sheet and pand l

You've to mention the period in the notes to accounts

You cannot declare your dates at your will unless there is a serious issue like amalgamation , new company formed.
